Nope -- they just need hidee-holes, they've already got the arms,
albeit small arms... seems to me that's all the early Viet Cong had
too.

If this escalates to anything resembling 'early stage' Vietnam, say
circa. 1963-64 the GOP won't see the WH for 12 years...
