Animal Cruelty
Article in our local paper yesterday about an animal cruelty case here in our area. I won't go into morbid details, but kittens were tortured and then killed.
There are few things that infuriate me more than people who do that to domestic animals who have nothing in their hearts but love and trust for humans. The guilty parties, three juveniles, are in custody...charged with felony cruelty. In my area here, at least, it seems like it's almost always youth, doing it "for kicks". I'm wondering if this kind of thing is how people like Jeff Dahmer and others of his ilk get their start, and then "graduate" to humans. D'ya think there could be a correlation here?
