Fort Riley Families honor deployed loved ones with luminary ceremony

FORT RILEY, Kan. - Families and friends of deployed Soldiers gathered together to honor those Soldiers during a luminary event. About 250 people attended the inaugural Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers Candle Lighting Ceremony Dec. 17 at Riley's Conference Center.
