Photo Release: Coast Guardsman honored by Navy League Honolulu Council

HONOLULU—Petty Officer 1st Class Desirre Roys, Coast Guard Sector Honolulu Marine Science Technician, is recognized as the Navy League Honolulu Council's enlisted Sailor of the Year during a Sea Service Awards ceremony at the Hale Koa Hotel, Dec. 10, 2010. Roys was chosen from a pool of approximately 25 candidates representing all the sea services. Photo by David C. Livingston.
