Video shows him getting the rope around his neck and standing , then lying on the floor? For the normal people in the word public executions should not be shown, However , standing someone up in front of a firing squad and then showing that person with some red on his chest leaves room for doubt.
In Saddams case they should have shown the whole thing and removed doubt. Matters not to me if he is dead or not, It's just , now who is going to kill all those Islamic assholes that he was killing for the world.
