I believe you mean, "Happy 231 to the US Navy". 331 would mean that the US Navy started in 1675. However, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to all the swabos, anchor-crankers, mermaid-munchers, and WAVES who carried the US Marines to war!
I think I've managed to insult both services with that one!
