11-11-2010 04:00 PM MCB QUANTICO, Va. (Nov. 11) -- Parents have more options to check the safety of their children’s car seats aboard Quantico. Traffic Safety Branch often holds inspections before holiday weekends, said Edward Billig, drivers training instructor and TSB head.
