lawyer joke

[MORTARDUDE]

My 78 year old mechanic told me this one today :


Three folks are in the ocean in a lifeboat..

a lawyer, priest, and a doctor...

a huge wave swamps the boat and all the paddles are lost and slowly going away in the current..

as many sharks began circling,..

the doctor says I would jump in and get them, but you may need me later if someone gets hurt..

the priest says I would go but I can't swim and anyway you may need me for last rites etc.,

Suddenly the lawyer jumps overboard and lazily swims to the paddles and comes back, while the sharks all disappeared.

Both men question him as to what happened.......

the lawyer gives them a big smile and says "PROFESSIONAL COURTESY" !!!!!!!!
