Beyond A Reasonable Doubt?

The Peterson Trial remains a hot topic, but it is still my contention that the system and the media (at least in this case) had the guy tried, found guilty and hung before they had even begun a rap sheet!

So what is this ?Beyond A Reasonable Doubt? scenario, and what does it entail?

First off (again), this guy is not the sharpest tack in the box! And to completely sanitize a crime scene these days is ?Mission Impossible? for even the most cunning of felons!! Could a guy (or gal) who was stupid enough to dump a body right in a place that he is known to frequent, also be so meticulous with a crime scene - I think not!!

Also, what about the witness that saw the unfortunate victim walking her dog on Christmas eve, or the actions of certain investigators in their misguided zeal to bury Peterson before the fact! This case, in my opinion, represented a pre-judged Peterson as guilty before the trial was even conducted! This was done, in my opinion, by a gaggle of publicity hounds who considered only what was convenient and beneficial to them!

Is Peterson guilty - again, only he, his wife, and the Almighty know for sure to this point!? And it would be a crying shame if, like Private Eddy Slovich (WWII), Peterson too was terminated as a convenience, more than anything else?!
