Grasshopper,

Get well soon, ya hear! And if they ever offer you any more pain meds, ask for some Diloded (sp?). That stuff is so good you'll be looking DOWN on Cloud 9! I had a kidney stone and was in such pain they gave me a shot of that and, honest to God, I hear crystal wind chimes, sitar music, and could smell strawberry inscence! When I left the hospital I told the doc that maybe he could give a syringe full to my wife (an RN) so she could give me a shot if the pain came back. He just laughed. I should've offered him more money.

thanks everyone! i putzed around today and snoozed...lol what a life huh?
oh...revwardoc .. why i do believe i have a rx for that in pill form..Dilaudid 4mg; 1 tab qid, as needed. 50 of the little rascals!!. it must be a good one.. it was a 'triplicate' script which means a controlled narcotic drug.
alas... i hate popping pills.. cuz i have to take 2-3/day for the Menieres & the Chiari I everyday, all the time. I will prob use them in the early days once my lovely pain pak (morphine, xylocaine & something else that i forget) runs out. boohoo!
this sling thing is the worst.. sure can tell they are unisex, one size fits all with velcro strap adjustments... ewwwwwww definately not made for boobs & short people.
6-12 more weeks of this??? sure gives me incentive to do them snarly exercises most faithfully so i can toss this thing!
ohhhhhhh i feel a snooze coming on!
2 more sleeps until my sweetie flies home!!!!
oh yes and Keith... my sweetie promises he will do good 'therapy' to keep me ...uh... limber!

Grasshopper,

The hardest part is learning how to wipe with our off hand.
