xgrunt Frank
From reading the many heartfelt tributes to Frank, causes a newcomer to be interested in knowing more about his military history, or that of his unit(s) and his buddies on these pages. There are references to this between the lines, and thats maybe all anyone new needs to know.
If I'm outa line here just tell me to shut up. I put this question on another thread so it would not be improper elsewhere. Seems like a vet with this kind of honor among his friends, has a story that others might learn from... and one that more folks might want to remember who don't already know it. |

I'll be brief here simply because right now when I think about him This BIG sandstorm keeps blowing in. Those of us who knew him can probably tell more after this week is over.
Frank was a Screaming Eagle of the 101st Airborne Division. He served as a infantryman and was mainly in northern II Corps and I Corps. Sorry, sandstorm blew in faster than I thought it would, will talk more about this later. |
