when I woke up this morning and the mighty Hudson is beginning to freeze over. The ferry I take can't make it over because it is a fiberglass hull. they switched to an old beat up steel hull over the last few days. We make nice loud crunching noises heading across the river as we cut through the ice. No nap time now.

Saw a Coast Guard vesel cutting through the ice on the Hudson on the news this morning. It looks pretty thick!

John I though with you being from the North you'd feel right at home at 9 degrees. just put another log in the fire I'll bet you and jon don't go into that back room to smoke on days like this, try hugging for body heat it may not work that good but it's fun. keep warm my frend see you soon when it warms up a little wife wants to come down and have a look see it's going to cost me more money.
