The Fool Within Us All....

As a race of fragile Earthly beings,
We are yet what we have always been,
A collage indeed of woe and terror,
From the bowels of H*** our fate was sent.

For within this eddy of corruption and ill-repair,
Has always resided the seeds of our own despair,
Forever adrift upon damnation's eternal sea,
We have returned anew to the serpent of the tree.

And there-in lies the rub indeed,
Sired alas from an e*** seed,
To preach aloud of eternal hope,
As we dangle lifeless upon our own self-made rope..
