(Maybe not flattering, but eminently true!)

“When a man’s word means nothing, then that man is worth even less – at least as far as I am concerned!”

In short, a man (any man at all), is only as good as “His Word of Honor!” And when lies and deception far over shadow even one’s sense of fair play and justice, then no matter where (or even who) that individual may be, he is still naught but a vile and contemptible creature of absolute darkness, and one that ain’t worth spit upon the open, and often sordid, highways and byways of life - in my opinion?

Man is not perfect - never will be. I admit to my errors and at times
really regret them. We learn by our errors and hope to at least
not to repeat them - over and over again.

Some are slow learners - it's the ones who knows better but
burn the grounds all around them.

I'm old now and soon will meet the great creator or maker. The
inevitable dirt nap is just around the corner. Then and only then
will we find out what lies around the great finality of life.
From light to dark - and to our last heart beat - and breath.

Maybe the spark of our life is given to a newborn at our end?

The old addage curiosity killed the cat - it will do the same to mankind.
