FORT HOOD, Texas-- Incoming Commander, Col. Kevin Capra, passes the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division Guidon to Command Sergeant Major Alfred Ronneburg during a change of command ceremony, July 3. Outgoing commander, Col. John Woodward passed the reins following 27 months in command.
