Default Corps of Engineers awards $648 million Fort Bliss replacement hospital

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, awarded a $648 million contract, Jan. 29, 2013, for the construction of the Fort Bliss, Texas, replacement hospital.
