Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington awarded a $41 million firm-fixed price contract July 29 for the construction of a two-story, 151,000 square foot Navy Exchange (NEX) replacement at Naval Support Activity Bethesda (NSAB), Bethesda, Md.
