Sailors aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Carr (FFG 52) heave lines as the ship prepares to depart for its final deployment. Carr departed Naval Station Norfolk for a six-month deployment to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of responsibility in support of civilian and partner nation law enforcement efforts.
