HANOI, Vietnam -- Next month, Vietnam and the United States will
formally sign an aviation agreement.

It'll allow passenger and cargo flights between the two countries for
the first time since the end of the Vietnam War. Vietnam's deputy
prime minister will sign the agreement during his trip to Washington
in December.
