I know with my views, that I shouldnt be asking this, and I am sure that it has been brought up before, but:::

Is there ANY end to this Terriorists thing going on.

Hasnt it been around for a long long time.

There are Movies on the tube about it all the time.

Is there a President that can end it?? ( no )

Seems to me as if we ( USA ) no sooner get one thing going on and almost over, then we are into another one.

This is just my OPINION not yours, so post yours ( if you want to )

Is this going to be another Vietnam, without as many casualties???

I am stunned that every time I turn the tube on in the AM that, it seems as if I am back 35 years ago.

Forgive me, if I am out of turn, but this is a on going situation in the world we live in.

There is only one way to end the terrorist thing and it won't happen, sorry

Terrorists are people that are not able to build so must destroy. Their reasons vary.

The only way to stop them is to all agree that we are mad as H*&$ and not going to put up with it.

The reason this won't happen is appeasement.

People (not us) believe that if we leave these people alone, they won't attack us. This is not a valid belief but because it works for a short time and people want it to be true. It doesn't work in the long term. Someone always wants more.

Kind of like socialism.

Having spent a lifetime around people who have made the decision to fight (kill or die) to protect home and hearth, I'll stay with those who know that the only way to win is to fight back.

For many years, governments have turned a blind eye to the terrorists in their midst. They gave them safe haven if they did not attack inside the country that gave them refuge. This is no longer working. Terrorists are no longer satisfied with the statis quo. Now they want to be the government and make all the rules.

That, in my opinion, is why this war on terror is worldwide.

Terrorism is liken unto a cancer, it continues to grow and spread and while you can cut out and maybe cure some of it; you'll never get it all....the question when will it end.....it will end! At the end of earth's time IT and all else will end..it is guaranteed in The Book
It's time (past) to bring the troops home, other nation's such as Spain have already seen the folly of staying longer and are now threatening to pull their troops out. The primary objective to get Saddam has ben reached...its time to come home.

They are not Terrorists Either. They are fighting a war. They are no different than we were in the Revolutionary war. We fought a guerilla war until we had the British and her allies defeated enough that we could engage them in "classical combat" and defeat their armies. We can only stop this in the middle east by doing one of two things.

1. Withdraw completely and unconditionally.
OR
2. Quit using our combat troops as police and let them go house to house and search in every village middlesex and town. where they find weapons or explosives kill the people. Put our special forces into the rural and mountain areas and let them hunt down small units and kill them. Wherever they are found kill them. If you don't have the guts or balls to do this see 1 above.
