Anyone heard of the DD 215 or anyone out there that has obtained a copy of same from their records?

DD 215 is a form used for corrections to the DD 214.
You can request any/all of your records on line at

DD215, have won a few beers at the VFW off of that one. Most people have never heard of it unless they have one.
