Started off Lam Son 719 with about 22 guys in my platoon. When we got back to Dong Ha about two months later I had two of the orginal men I started out with , all the rest were replacements. Tiny was one of the guys and Bobby was another. Still in touch with Bobby. Went and visited Tiny a year before he died and his wife asked me if I was ever scared and before I could say a word Tiny told her " We are combat veterans , we ain't scared of nothing " I was scared most of the time but I sure was proud of Tiny for saying that. I was never a hero but I served with a bunch of em.Peace
