Deer sausage
I just got threw with making about 40 lbs of Deer sausage. 60% deer and 40% Ground pork.
Garlic, Salt Pepper and my own secret ingredient (shhhhhh) ground up Ritz crackers. All pan sausage, no link. It's in the freezer in 1 and 2 lb packages, all except one pkg. That's sitting next to the Fry pan along with a red onion just waiting for 12:00. A little extra virgin olive oil and some medium heat, ssssssssssssss, Flip, ssssssssss. Ron |

Ron,
Sounds good. But that "ssssssssssss" seems a little short between flips.

I am so full, AHHHHHHH.
Steve, You may be right , I did have to flip them 3 times, But that was more to the fact that the 2 burgers were about 1 1/2 inch's thick. This should last until November, I hope. Ron |
