A video or picture file is like a Gas tank of a car, It has what it has inside. A streaming media is like a pipe line from who knows were. could have all kinds of nasties in there and it would be to late, If it did and you opened it.
The catch, Some virous are just a part of a virous and it takes several log ons to activate it, Some are also timed delayed. You open it and next week at 5pm your computer dies.
