Gimp...have to agree with Razz on this one. I didn't really care how much Edwards spent on his hair anymuch more than Edwards cares about how much I spend during Psyco Vets weekend. If the RNC/DNC wants to spend money on their candidates....who cares. I also personally believe they are all out of touch as to what middle America wants or cares about. If they were in touch.....they wouldn't have voted for 800 billion dollars to people that lost it in the first place.

I agree with you completely. Both parties live in never never land. I do believe the Communistic Socialism that Obama is proposing will result in a greater and deeper economic crisis than the one we have which was caused by economic strategies of the Clinton administration allowing unqualified folks to get mortages. But, alas, Bush gets blamed.

Of course: "Republicans out of touch with reality", as are ALSO most all Democrats, Journalists, Pundits, Zealots & Hacks (both political & journalistic) thriving exceptionally well from such a troubling entity, which ONLY TRULY Beneficial to those in The Surreal World of Politics and/or The Total & Absolute Rule of People and their Earnings.

Besides, Reality & Politics don't even come close in definition.

Whatever, Normal Americans wouldn't have sat idly by and let America's Financial System pretty-much: "Melt-Down", as the LAST 2 YEAR ENTIRELY DEMOCRAT MAJORITY CONTROLLED U.S. Congress DID.

Normal or not thoroughly duped/brainwashed Americans wouldn't even consider the absurd thought of electing THE MOST SUSPECT of Upbringing, Background, Friendships & Longtime Ties & Affiliations in American History and/or Barack Hussein Obama II or Jr....as A United States President.

Normal Americans (U.S. Military inclusive) must also be cringing at the possibility of an enemy satisfying & gratifying new Wartime Chain of Command. After all, during wartime the possibility of an Obama, Biden & Pelosi Chain of Command surely scares-the-hell-out-of-me,...and also should rightfully scare all other sane Americans.

And besides,...when in 10th Recon Co. and later in A-Troop/3rd Recon Sqdn/7th Cav all our backgrounds had to be FBI Checked merely for: "SECRET" Clearance as needed. So then, just how-in-the-hell can QUITE SUSPECT Barack & Quite Tight Circle of SIMILARLY SUSPECT Friends & Confidants possibly be cleared for; "TOP SECRET" as needed, by The FBI?

Do Muslims, Socialists or Marxists get some sort of Special Dispensation from either U.S. Congress, The Department of Justice, Homeland Security or The FBI????

All...............REPEAT..........ALL, of the most renowned economic experts in this country (and on the PLANET) have said that it WAS the "REPUBLICAN" dismantling of R-E-G-U-L-A-T-I-O-N that has cause this economic disaster over these past REPUBLICAN administrations and REPUBLICAN LED CONGRESSES.

NOT......REPEAT.......NOT 21 months of a Democratic Congress.

What you FAIL (miserbly I might add) to recognize is that the Republicans have either had control of the Whitehouse OR the Congress for TWENTY-FOUR (24) of the last TWENTY-EIGHT (28) years!

It has been the policies of the REPUBLICANS that have led to this disaster, and the VOTERS KNOW IT!

Hell,...in 21 months or almost 2 years if Dems were TRULY INTERESTED in Fixing Anything
other than The Election,...there wouldn't have even been a: "Financial Debacle".

In fact, all Americans can reasonably question, just what-the-hell other than campaign for
Barack Hussein Obama II or Jr. so as to: "Recapture The White AT ANY COST to America"
for The Democrats,...did The TOTAL DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED CONGRESS ACTUALLY DO for

Although de-regulation is generally a Republican ideal, in this case, giving loans to people that don't qualify, the Repubs tried to get this under control with regulation, and the Dems voted it down. This has to do with an actual congressional hearing where someone, not sure who, made these recommendations but it was quickly squashed. I'm not, and never have, done cut and pastes, and don't know how, but take my word for this. I'm not that partisan to just make it up. Giving loans to people that don't qualify is not a Repub ideal, and actually shouldn't be anyones ideal. Now...somebody post stuff that makes me wrong, depending on the site, and somebody please cut and pasted what I'm talking about, which will make me right.
