Just a note of warning.
If you are getting those annoying pop-ups that have the grey background and are offering to prevent those ads (spam) from appearing on your computer. Guess what ? Those are the ones that send these viruses around. The MS securityy download
(MS 03-026) is designed to stop these in their tracks. It takes only a few minutes to download from the Microsoft web site. I got hit with the virus and it took me the better part of two days to get back up and running.  Oh well, another lesson learned!
