Default Bluehawk, and anyone else that wants to read this

Blue, I noticed on your profile that you are from OK.

Have you ever done any NOODLING???

Pauls Valley has it once a year, and my god the fish they catch are tremendous.

No bait, no hooks, only flat heads and you have to have a fishing license

I sure would like to try it one time with my good friend Drywall. ( he loves fishing more than life)

Stick that arm or hand in the mouth of the Catfish and pull that sucker from the rivers. Whew. Adreline flowing already.

enough......

I grew up in Idabel, Ok. Right on the Red River, We used to go grappeling for catfish, you would tie a rope around your waist and feel along the banks until you felt a big flathead. with a leather sleeve on your arm and a hay hook you would try and grappel him in the gill and pull him out. When I was about 12 or so the local paper (The McCurtain Gazette) had a picture of a flathead that weighed 160 +- pounds caught by grappeling.
