Question Logical Rationalizations & The Media

2-11-2021

Befuddle and confuse now seems to have become the order of the day, especially since we have become a media controlled society! And like it, or even accept it, or not, we are indeed, now a society that is literally being led around by the nose by financial interests, to whom money does indeed equal control on all levels of human society – and so it is, at least in my opinion?

This is not to say, of course, that wealth can not be a good and productive commodity, or that without it, one obediently becomes subservient to the powers that be and can be led around by the nose by those who would be kings – we all know the answer to that quandary, do we not? But when great wealth and power begin to control every fiber of our being and each and every thought within our mortal minds, then is that not also naught but a destructive compulsion?

Now I fully realize that with all of that media garbage, it is damned hard, if not impossible, not to be influenced, and even controlled by all of that input (political, financial and otherwise), and I also accept the fact that many of us just need to belong to something, but when one’s individuality is totally under the control, or the dictates, of others, and they do not even realize it, then is not free will, and even our freedom itself, in danger of being perverted or utterly controlled? And if we still can individually think, reason, and act for ourselves, is that not still the genuine definition of ‘Freedom Itself?’
