YONGSAN, South Korea -- Healthcare professionals at Brian Allgood ArmyCommunity Hospital (BAACH) commemorated Patient Safety Awareness Week, here, March 13-19, 2016. The weeklong event focused on reducing harm in healthcare. This year, patients and visitors were given the opportunity to learn first hand about patient safety at a display, which featured a SimMan 3G patient simulator. This realistic training opened up dialogue between patients and staff in order to increase safety awareness.
