Default Linguists foster strong partnerships

U.S. Army Central exercise Eager Light brought together two linguists from the Georgia Army National Guard 560th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade and 14 reserve linguists from the Military Intelligence Readiness Command based at Fort Belvoir, VA. Their military training is conducted in different U.S. locations with varied teaching plans, but they all gained experience and shared their expertise here.Specialist Andrew McNeil, a Kathleen, Georgia native, sat behind his brigade commander and command sergeant major as he translated the operations brief during the U.S.-Jordan partnership exercise March 8-12. The Jordanian Armed Forces from the 12th Brigade and the 560th BfSB Soldiers listen attentively as the commander describes his operations plan to his junior leaders.
