Joint Base Lewis-McChord says thank you to Pierce County business organization and vo
 I Corps Deputy Commanding General Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Buchanan poses with Carlene Joseph, the 2013 inductee to Joint Base Lewis-McChord‘s civilian hall of fame. Army leaders this week recognized the leader of a local business organization as their 2013 inductee to the Joint Base Lewis-McChord civilian hall of fame. The base thanked Carlene Joseph, president of the Pierce Military and Business Alliance, for her work as liaison between the active-duty base and the civilian communities surrounding it.
