Packy.....I have one of my neighbors who was a patient at Madigan Hospital at FT Lewis, Wash some six years ago and he said from what he was able to see, it was kept pretty clean.
I have a nephew in the Army who went through operating room procedures tech at Ft Sam couple or so years ago who told me by email Brooke Hospital is kept about as clean as a brand new silver dollar 24/7. And here we have Walter Reed Hosp in our nations Capitol that leaves a lot to be desired.
