Looking for something to do this weekend? Why not visit the Great British Cheese Festival at Cardiff Castle in Wales on September 24 and 25. Come along and taste a variety of British cheeses, learn to how to pair cheeses with beers, ciders, and wines, and learn about the different cheese regions. There are multiple markets available to shop from including the best of the British, taste of Wales, and the cook and book shop. If you get a little thirsty the festival’s own pub will have a large selection of ales and ciders available to enjoy.
