Those rules are similar to the one we got when I was in Germany, Japan, and the PI. Along with the cards we got a lecture informing us that we were NOT the conquering army, but were guests of wherever-the-hell-we-were. The use of local patois came in very handy. For example, I learned how to say, "How much, Baby?" in 3 different languages!
