Leglislation should be proposed and then passed into Law:
Stiff penalties should be made into law for anyone who wears, or has in his possession, any Military Medal or award that was NOT EARNED BY THAT PERSON.
I agree that NOT TO DO SO cheapens the original decoration or award. Frequently a military member has to pay for the decoration or award he is given, WITH HIS VERY OWN BLOOD and PAIN. Sometimes it even cost the military member HIS LIFE in order to win the award. It should never be cheapened by impostors. To all of my Vietnam Veteran Brothers and Sisters I again state: WELCOME HOME: VIETNAM 1968
