Default Poor Cindy

As an invited guest of a Californian representative, Cindy Sheehan could have really gained more media attention last night had she elected to sit quietly in the gallery, waiting for the inevitable TV camera to pan to her. She could have smiled and acknowledged the little red light that indicates that she was on the screens of millions of TV's across the nation as people watched the State of the Nation speech by President George W. Bush. And had she used that forum, she could have gained even more notoriety for her floundering campaign of whatever she's campaigning for. But no. She had to act the really stupid part, trying to unfurl a banner of some sort, and promptly got her socialist arse removed from said gallery. Her actions bring to mind to less than the famous line from "Forrest Gump": Stupid is as stupid does.

I liked that part & later after several hours had passed the camera following her out of Jail. She didn't have any thing to say to them she just kept on walking (LOL)

She says she is going to bring suit for police brutality plus having her ?freedom of speech? curtailed. Per Forrest Gump, ?Sorry to spoil your black panther party?, oh well, there is always another party I suppose. Maybe if she changed her name to something less conspicuous there would be less hassle. Hmmm, how about Donalda De Freeze or maybe Cindy Cinque.

Those are mundane enough I reckon.

Don't know what party ol' Cindy is looking for, but I'll be that a poster of Che Guevera would be hanging on the wall somewhere nearby. Just hearing her whine is making Barbara Boxer sound better every day, and that's REALLY a stretch! Never thought the Democrat kook fringe could get more loony, but they are succeeding admirably!

Stuffed Shirt
Has Democrat Cindy Sheehan won the support of wine-country Rep. Lynn Woolsey in Sheehan's prospective challenge to unseat Sen. Dianne Feinstein? That isn't clear, but Woolsey invited Sheehan to the State of the Union as her guest. Sheehan did not stay for the speech, however; as the Associated Press reports, she was "arrested and removed from the House gallery" just before the speech:

Sheehan . . . was charged with demonstrating in the Capitol building, said Capitol Police Sgt. Kimberly Schneider. The charge was later changed to unlawful conduct, Schneider said. Both charges are misdemeanors.

Schneider said Sheehan had worn a T-shirt with an anti-war slogan to the speech and covered it up until she took her seat. Police warned her that such displays were not allowed, but she did not respond, the spokeswoman said.

No doubt this will fuel the Angry Left's paranoid antigovernment delusions about suppression of dissent. Indeed, the San Francisco Chronicle quotes Rep. Fortney Hillman Stark Jr. as saying. "I'm still trying to find out why the president's Gestapo had to arrest Cindy Sheehan in the gallery."

In fact the police were merely enforcing what the Supreme Court has termed a "reasonable time, place or manner" restriction on speech. Another AP dispatch notes that in addition to Democrat Sheehan, Republican Beverly Young, wife of Rep. Bill Young of Florida, got the boot. She was wearing a T-shirt supporting the troops .

?Let the little girl dance?, as the song goes. It seems as if Hil was upstageing Teddy in the roll of chief grimacer, eye roller and doer of monkeyshines. So having Sheehan doing some antics would have been an excellent alternative to Hil and Teddy competing for ?attitude? airtime. He he, looks like Teddy lost the red light contest to Hil.

In observing the screwy train of soapbox radicals Sheehan is pulling behind her now, I wouldn?t be surprised to find posters of the madmen Totalitarianists Che, or Fidel, Mao, or Ho, or Stalin or Kim or Pol Pot or Osama or any of the other blood dripping Jihadists currently out and about. Matter of fact, even a poster of Hitler would come as no surprise. More than half her group of groupies; the anti-Semitic ones, think the NAZIs done Ok with their extermination of the European Jews and aren?t ill spoken or harsh about all that one bit. To funny, but that dim bulb Rep. best watch out who he refers to as ?Gestapo?, for surely one of Sheehan?s groupie pals will take extreme umbrage at the comparison of their heroes to the ?lowly? Capitol Police. :ek:

I always fancied Popeye?s nemesis, ?Da Goons?, as being a proper adversary but perhaps that?s too simplistic these days where labels and names come out of the revised edition of the 1920 Comintern ?Whole Earth Catalog? of names, slogans, labels, yadda- yadda, or some contemporary derivation thereof. But I guess ?Gestapo? is ?in? until declared as ?out? via a needed catalog revision.

Sheehan has some ?diversity? going for sure, and maybe now we get to see what all that really means, for reals, huh.

Although you list an entire panoply of tyrants, dictators, and villain of the most vile sort, there is yet one word emanating from the bowels of the DNC condemning the antics of Little Cindy. Methinks, to borrow your most profound verb, that the Deaniacs are quite content to let her carry their water for them. And she is not alone is the use of comparative smear methodologies, a tactic that the leftists of da dims have perfected to a tee. Little wonder that her family has intentionally distanced themselves from her; and that spinning noise you hear? It's probably the sound of her son rolling over in his grave. May he find eternal peace resting in the arms of Our Lord. And may he hear our prayers of thanksgiving for his service.

Cindy Sheehan comes off as a village idiot. I can't disagree with winding this war up, but her message is misguided. I wonder how much the Bush admin. pays her to make an ass of herself?!?

Whatever the alleged investment that the White House is making in having Cindy continue to make an ass out of herself, they're getting their monies worth!
