Outside of alleged insider trading, lying is the basic charge that got Martha Stewart in deep trouble, or so they claim? She was cut no slack for her actions, however, and is now doing time for fibbing to the Powers That Be! So tell me again, ?What In The Hell Is The Difference? between her alleged lies to make a few more bucks (quite a few more), and a Highly Placed VA Employee?s Wanton Falsifications Under Oath? in order to screw over a fellow veteran? Money alone, although a poor excuse for any betrayal, at least shows some underlying motivation! Whereas, lying under oath for brownie points, or personal advancement alone (possibly even under direct orders?), is the calling card of a human snake! (opinion) While Stewart is doing (semi) hard time, however, the provable perjury of that VA employee is (as far as I know), getting him nothing more drastic than free-flowing suds, a pat upon the back, a well-done, and maybe even a future promotion to bigger and better things? As a matter of fact, even a White House Official, a former VA Honcho, a top VA attorney, and an RO bigwig, had proof solid of this blatant perjury! Unfortunately, however, all (except for the White House, who expressed genuine concern in my opinion), attempted to cover-up this travesty!? (Simply Amazing!!) Each and every time that I offered (and gave in many cases) proof of this falsification and willful misconduct (as covered in Bailey v West), the VA jungle went silent! So tell me again (please), what is the difference between lies under oath in the private sector, and those undertaken by government employees? :r: VERITAS |

I want to add at this time that - I have no idea what, if anything, is being done to insure that lies, falsifications, perjury, or what ever you want to call it, on the part of VA employees or anyone else in power for that matter, cease to injure or destroy veteran's cases for benefits, as well as causing great hardship for their families!!! Had I been privy to a VA medical program for my son who was just severely injured at school in Arizona, a lot of pain and anguish could have been prevented (I WILL NOT FORGET!!)! As such, I hope that the bastard(s) responsible for these games burn in Hell, as I am sure they will!! SO WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE?
Certain Powers That Be are well aware of the apathy and fear to make waves that exists in today's American society. And why not -as they (after all) have nurtured this mindset for nearly six decades now!! The "I DON'T WANT TO GET INVOLVED SYNDROME", is one that is safe, convenient and requires little effort and no grit to abide by! For years now, I have aired out the facts, supported by the government's own documentation (attained under FOIA), that unwitting experimentation, by our own and upon our own, was engaged in here in the United States. This all made for good and entertaining reading to some, but with the rash of conspiracy theories (and accompanying movies) floating around out there, many of them planted by elements of the government and military itself in order to discredit the true atrocities that were gleefully engaged in, many of you probably thought what I had to say was pure bull crap, now didn't you? "Well, I am here to tell you that it was not fantasy, but rather pure fact. And for as long as you all continue to bury your heads under a growing mountain of horse crap, you had better damned well believe that it will happen again, maybe the next time to your own kids! "NOW HOWS THAT FOR APPLES?!" If someone would have told me when I was growing up that a few of our own people could sink so low as to experiment upon their own, or to cover up for same, I would have thought them crazy! Nor could I have accepted (at one time) the possibility that human turds would make careers out of covering up, side-stepping, threatening, lying and even engaging in these domestic atrocities! A splendidly morbid example of this is a bum(s) who went out of it's way to play a sordid game of "Good Cop, Bad Cop" at the VA. This thing gave it's word, which was (like him) worth nothing (opinion), lied about actions that were never taken, and even (in the face of God and Country), perjured itself into Hell! As a matter of fact, even I was surprised to see how many (and how highly placed) vermin embraced these lies and again, spit into the face of all that we as a nation stand for!! Well, I was wrong on all counts, as they did, have, are, and will again engage in these bastardizations, thanks in part, to the criminal apathy that exists all the way from our back alleys, and up to some of the untouchable seats of absolute power! "For we, who have fought wars to stop such atrocities, are now writing a brand new chapter in this book of shame!" (ref.- DAIG-IN 21-75, COS 385, the Church Senate Reports on Experimentation of 1977, etc. etc.) The biggest sin of all, indeed a flagrant crime against American Humanity, however, is the fact that many an ambitious bastard is still willing to sell his soul to be part of the action or the subsequent cover-up! And in an effort to prevent the truth about experimentation from surfacing, some (even within the VA System, the military Intel community, and the government itself), have perjured themselves redundantly! Granted, these human slugs have convinced themselves that what they are doing is for the good of the nation, but in reality, these walking garbage cans are not nearly as noble or patriotic as they pass themselves off as being! They are actually nothing more than cowards, ass-kissers, and carrion (opinion), that have condemned themselves to the fires of perdition for eternity - count on it. And not their priests, rabbis, ministers, or shaman, can resurrect their filthy carcases from the eternal damnation that they have brought upon themselves! If they find what I have said herein to be humorous, I invite these traitors to ponder the fact that life is short and transient. Whereas "Hell and Damnation are Eternal" - now I ask you, was it worth it? As for me, maybe I am not willing to wait for these walking pukes to suffer the pangs of history, or the fires of Hell! If I have anything to say about it, and if but one person reads what I have said, and if but a single future kid in uniform is saved from these abominations, then it is indeed worth the effort that I have expended! ANSWERS: 1. Martha never tried to: "Screw-over" ANYONE,...much less any Honorable Veterans, as apparently some unfortunate Veteran Screwees have and do experience from their VA Beaurocratic Screwers. 2. Any profits or livelihood Martha makes are never derived from The American Taxpayer, such as whom TOTALLY FINANCE & FUND The VA,...and quite generously to-boot. 3. Also, don't believe that Martha Stewart would ever stoop to the level of making life as difficult as possible for those charged with protecting, medicating or placed in her care,...such as apparently some VA Beaurocrats quite lordlike, adamently and confrontationally do. Regardless Rick, what-the-hell do you have against Martha Stewart anyway,...since lumping her together with such sorry-ass Career VA Defenders and Confrontational Veteran Prosecutors, that you've been misfortunately confronted by? Martha Stewart is a pussycat compared to some of the rabid dogs that I have had run ins within the system. When one has to watch his kids and the rest of his family needlessly suffer, as many a veteran has, just to feed the egos and careers of those who were once human within that system, it has got to make you sick!!! Why is it that a double standard exist as concerns perjury, as long as that perjury is committed by those who think they outrank the Almighty? VERTIAS |

As war is as much a fact of life (?) as is eating, breathing, or even fornicating, the presence of a military arm of humanity is also a given! Some six decades and 5 years ago, this planet witnessed the presence of a great malignancy in the form of the Nazis! The leadership of which, thought nothing of experimentation upon their fellow human beings! However, and unlike MK Ultra, the Tuskegee Experiments, Naval Mustard Gas Testing, our Atomic Veterans, and even Agent Orange, etc., much of the Third Reich's vicious and insane experimentation was undertaken upon other races, which still don't make it right!! For these atrocities, many a Kraut found himself standing before a firing squad or getting his pompous neck stretched on the gallows of justice. After this mortal conflict, however, it was learned that certain enemies of mankind, instead of being unceremoniously hung, were gifted with a first class ticket to the good life, right here in the United States. This included many a crumb-bum from across both oceans, German and Japanese alike! Apparently, the lust to know what vile experimentations took place and how a few of our own scientists (USA) could emulate them, was of far more importance to a few than something as petty as the torture and deaths of countless thousands? In but a few years after the insanity of WWII, a few (so-called) Americans also engaged themselves in like undertakings! At first they used volunteers, offering them gifts of one kind or another for their services. When, however, this pool of volunteers dried up, these "Domestic Beasts" then resorted to using non-volunteers, many of whom were serepticiously extracted from the military and private sector alike (according to DAIG-IN 21-75, COS 385, and the Church Senate Reports of 1977, among numerous other documents that escaped the shredders). Well, one would have thought that the lessons of the Second World War, and the Cold War alike, would have sunk in, but apparently not, as is evident from our Atomic Veterans, MK ULTRA, Agent Orange, Gulf War Syndrome, etc. A far more tragic echo of these vile and illegal experiments, however, soon surfaced in the form of the fact that, even within the current generation of bureaucratic mentalities, there are still those (cowards one and all in my opinion) who would yet engage in these filthy atrocities. And even lower than these modern-day Dr. Mengeles, in my opinion, are the malignant human microbes who, for a fist full of favors or recognition, seek to hide (any way that they can) the dealings of their fellow scum! And these people (if you can call them that) have no pride or humanity at all - Hell fodder one and all! In the event that you feel that I have been overly redundant on this subject, let me enlighten you as to my motives. By insulting this human trash, I had sought to rekindle the little integrity that may be left within their souls. That microscopic atom of honor and honesty that may (or may not) still exist within this vermin's inner being! I have also sought to educate the ignorant, and to enrage the unknowlegeable, as to the depths that some human garbage has sunk to be part of some in-groups of disgust. I have done this in an effort to insure justice for the victims, and to also insure that "NEVER AGAIN" will this (or any) nation engage in these violations of the Nuremberg Codes, especially not in our own back yard!
