Default Veteran Day wishes to My "Brothers"

Wishing each of You the very best this Veterans Day. I have many that I will always remember on this day. Talked to both My Iraqi Vet Sons today. (Both overseas) by way of Yahoo messenger. So We too exchanged Our appreciations. I'm going to 3 Veteran day
events tommorrow, so I will say now: Thanks for Your service. Welcome home! Lastly, since
My PTSD level seems a little bit elevated these days, and My School do not observe this as a Holiday, I just told the boss My exact feelings on this deal, and to say; Thanks for forcing Me to use a vacation day. This is My day, and I'm utilizing it to the fullest. Observance of Veterans day as I see it , is one of the biggest holidays. I'll be in touch.
A proud "ass" Vet

One of the Older men in our church wanted to be in the Veterans Parade. Wanted me to go with him. He was in the 17 Airborne Division in WWII. He told me how they parachuted into Germany on March 24, 1945. The fire department and other town organizations hosted a lunch for all the veterans. It was a good day to remember you served when you were called.
