Would Like Military Perspective on Our Commander in Chief
I'm just curious about how much support our President has from those who have been in the trenches. Not looking for heated debates...just want honest, gut-level feelings. I would even prefer that no one responds to any other posting in this thread - just speak from your heart.

I don't agree with some of his decisions and thats my right. However he is our elected commander in chief sending our sons and daughters into harms way. I'll support him and them with my last breath and vote

I don't always agree
I don't always agree on with him on some of the social issues but I do believe he has a much better grip on the terrorism issue. We must fight the Muslim Terrorist abroad and not at home in America. We have no other choice but to send our troops abroad, in the long run it is saving thousands of lives. On the moral issues he takes the correct stand.
He needs to do more for Veterans and Tackle the Medical Care issues that plague America. But I'll be voting for him. He sure is a lot better than the alternative. Keith |

Bush has been tested and we know he?ll fight and fight hard and our enemies know that as well. The other guy will be tested if elected, tested repeatedly, we can absolutely bet on that. And personally I don?t see that he owns the deep rudder, keel and raw steel guts needed to win this war let alone get through the testing that will occur.
No more testing, just fighting and fighting hard now and I?ll go with the scrappy bulldog from Texas called ?W?. Scamp

It's too late to be negative. We've gotta support the Big Guy as he has too much control over the little guys. Once out of office he will be open to discussion and scrutinizing.
