Vietnam vets to hold candlelight vigil
(EXCERPT) September 19, 2003 The Vietnam Veterans of Ventura County will host a candlelight vigil at 7 p.m. today at the Veterans Memorial at the Ventura County Government Center in Ventura at Telephone Road and Victoria Avenue. The public is invited to the ceremony, which observes National POW/MIA Recognition Day. Dave Betti of the Vietnam Veterans of Ventura County said members of his group and the Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club will read the names of all Californians who were prisoners of war or missing in action and remain unaccounted for.
