Truth - Again

Has pandering and political lies truly replaced honesty as “The American Way of Life?” Or once again, do any of you out there even care anymore?

Some twenty or so centuries ago, most people still concerned themselves about the values that went hand in hand with our mortal existence! “We preached and we bellowed like stuck-hogs”, about how we human beings were an unbreakable link to eternity and how we were destined to inherit all of the blessings of liberty and of purity, that had been promised to us for millennia infinitum – “So What Really Happened?” And are we now just delusional (and truly evil) in most of the ways that really count? And no, I am not some profit of doom, but it still seems to me that there are some values and norms that just can not, and must not, be abandoned, if human progress is to be maintained and solidified – and as I see it, we have , in the past, screwed-up royally in this regard?

But then, I guess that I am becoming as “Redundant as ‘Hell’ in this regard” and akin to an old curmudgeon that has an everlasting penchant for repeating himself, over and over again? “But are you listening?”

But then, ‘What the Hell’, if you have not taken heed to what I have had to say by now, then I can only guess that I am truly wasting my time and efforts? And no, this not some religious sermon, as any personal truth itself, is truly just a matter of individual choice and perception and I can only jot down, what I personally think, feel and even believe – “Even If I Do Not Always Adhere To My Very Own - Personal Rhetoric?”

Yes HC - You have every right to post your destain on Freedom of Speech!
Or at least what it used to be.

What once was is no longer in service. The issues are not as important as they were
in the 40's & 50's. The 60's & up until today - are far different and less regulated
then they were prior to.
-
We seem to look the other way on way many issues that should've been addressed.
-
Too many short-cut's are less time consuming - with less paperwork.
-
Our Nation has turned the pages too quickly - or what we call it fast-paced actions.
-
Our Congress & Presidents don't take the time to consider any possible
interactions. Thus many are waved - so that other topics can also be sped
up - so as to create more ample free time.
-
Our decision making processes are slow / or to a crawl at times - and then
become wasted time - which delay's and/or are just given waivers.
-
We are getting very top heavy in government and way to many Chief's
and not enough Indians - to do the grunt work. Legal issues are almost
bone-chilling at times - as Judges today are swamped with legal
paperwork & often times will delegate - to lower level folks - who don't
know jack - about the issues - and/or the ramifications - if passed.

You got about 80+ suits walking around in Congress who don't want to
be buried in paperwork - and/or - do they have the time - as many say.

Every State in the Union is top heavy and judicial issues often times
may just get a waiver of approval without too much background checks.

The Nation itself is ruled by the lessors who send the amended issues
back to Congress as prescribed by the delegates and of course inline
with Party indifferences to - or - are such modified as needed.

What ever happen to the K.I.S.S. principle's (Keep It Simple Stupid)
write ups.

As for the Supreme Court - what have they been up to? And is it
promising - or again falling in line - without principles amended.

I'm not a law student - rather I'm Field Engineer by trade that
must trouble-shoot - and then do his homework in order to fix the
issues - not one is to be rubber stamped - and say everything is
just fine.

Cause and effects are two subjects that must be accepted by all
parties and approved by the People. Not just mandated to say
- this is how it will be done.

Everything fail's (sooner or later). Subject: Trouble-Shooting
why this happens and what's the fix - or if there is one?

What are the Cause's & Effect's - and are they now in play?

Alterations and/or Modifications must be secured to put things
back into play.

[This below relates to trouble-shooting - much like Congress]

We Engineer's are musical - we play to the harmonic's of every
moving part and any influence from an outside source that may
impede - its operation.

And if so; it must be dealt with to lesson the impedance acting
on the whole. Therefore we dampen the source - or reduce the
resonance - that is impeding the equipment in-part or as a whole.

The world spins and creates wind - indeed it can - and often
does damage to resources on the ground or in the skies.
-
It's treated like music by us engineer's we seek the harmonics
that cause the strings to play as we do with all rotating equipment.
-
Dampening the worlds issues is far more difficult - as we can not
lesson the high winds as needed at times - but rather we can redirect
them from the elements that are more subjective to those winds.
Hence barrier's are used and structures are hardened to handle
those wind loads. Thus less damage and loss of life hopefully!

I've thrifted off the issues HC posted - but he's dead on -
and we have to harden our system - to keep law and order.

Right now our government is on another path and overlooks
the issues that need to be repaired and in turn less internal
damage to our Citizen's - and hopefully our Country will
get a reload!

[Our Fore Father's have to be rolling over in their graves
seeing the issues and habit's of our Government today.]

If anything the system needs a reboot! There very few
harmonic strings in our Government. Too many Party
issues restrict the needed application's of our People's
today.

They want respect for their service to our Country
is laughable and their subject matter is tasteless and
at times - meaningless more and more.

We "are not" a Perfect Union - rather we lack their
Nation's Leadership's interest in its People - and not
their party.

Voting - forget it - very few of you have shown any
interest in our Nation - and It's People. You battle
across party lines and destroy the principles for
which you were to serve - THE PEOPLE
