Just for laughs!
When I returned from Nam in 1970, My folks use to say: Get up, didn't You hear the alarm clock? My reply was: I'm not use to that. The 2 ways to get me up is this:
Yell Incoming!!! If that doesn't work, try this: Mail call!!! works every time. : o) Actually I got that from somewhere I read in one of those jokes.

Kept the whole platoon up one whole night cause I could hear a mortor pit being dug and knew we were going to be over run. I was the only one who could hear it. No one was killed and I think most of them forgave me the next morning
