Second Amendment Ruling

From the left coast: "In a 72-page ruling issued Thursday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said the Second Amendment only guarantees the rights of states to organize a militia, and doesn't say anything about citizens being allowed to own semi-automatic weapons or any other firearms."

Please note the last four words. "...or any other firearms."

The 9th gets overturned more that any of the other Courts. This one definately will go to The High Court and no doubt will be overturned. When they do it they can made a narrow (just this case) or a broad (in all future matters like this) ruling. If a broad decision is made, even better if it is a strong ruling, say 7-2 or 8-1, the issue may not come up again for decades. With a conservative High Court, this could end up being a pretty good slap in the face to the anti-gun people when it gets over turned.
