Vietnam to probe Tiger Force deaths

Thirty-six years after a U.S. Army platoon swept through the heart of
Vietnam torturing and killing civilians, the Vietnamese military is
investigating the atrocities to determine how many people died in the
rampage.

Military officials say they want to trace the movements of Tiger Force
during the unit's seven-month campaign in the Central Highlands, By
interviewing villagers and searching local archives.
