Top 10 Reasons to Know You're a Redneck

1. Your dog rides in your truck more than your wife.
2. You wear specific hats to farm sales, livestock auctions, customer appreciation suppers, and vacations.
3. You have ever had to wash off in the backyard with a garden hose before your wife would let you in the house.
4. You've never thrown away a 5-gallon bucket.
5. You can remember the fertilizer rate, seed population, herbicide rate and yields on a farm you rented 10 years ago, but cannot recall your wife's birthday.
6. You have used a velvet leaf plant as toilet paper.
7. You have driven off the road while examining your neighbors crops.
8. You have borrowed gravel from the county road to fill potholes in your driveway.
9. You have buried a dog and cried like a baby.
10. You've used the same knife to make bull calves steers and peel apples.

That just a way of life for us country hicks. All but five seriously applied to me. My mind is going after all these years. Also, I'm smart enough to never forget her B'day.

Well, Lets see every day My Dog rides to town with me to pick up the mail and paper with me in my Ranger Pickup, I wear different caps depending where I am going, In the Summer after mowing the drive way and yard the garden hose feels pretty good :-) 5 gallon buckets are great to store feed, mix paint and numerous other projects, Any plant leaf that isn't poison ivy will do to replace TP in an emergency out in the woods , Ck'd out the neighbors fields also, We have sand here in SE Georgia so there is plenty in the ditch to shovel out after a big rain to fill our ruts in the drive way :-) Our chihuahua
Taz got killed by a horse kick to the head last year and the whole family cried :-( and later after cutting the bulls and peeling apples we made a mess of Ozark Mt. Oysters for supper :-) BTW my Wife's B-Day is Nov 3 , My Moms is Nov 5 and election day is the Tues around their B-Day all 3 are most important to remember . If you don't you get in trouble useually :-)
