Most of the gas pumps I've seen around here all have a warning on them to customers not to use cell phones while pumping for that very reason. They also say to turn off your engine and don't smoke. I've seen people doing all three at once! As far as I'm concerned, they're just candidates for Darwin Awards. Unfortunately, their stupidity could also affect us. I was with riding with a friend once and we stopped for gas. As he was pumping it, a car pulled up with two young girls, the passenger was smoking and holding the butt out the window. My friend asked her, politely, to please at least hold the cigarette inside while gas is being pumped. She told him, not so politely, to go @#$% himself. He grabbed a gallon bottle of windshield washer and pouredthe entire contentsall over her yelling, "Fire! Fire! Fire!". We paid for the gas and the washer fluid and left. What a guttermouth on her!!!
