(EXCERPT) (03/05/2004 -- 10:51GMT+7) London, Mar. 5 (VNA) - The Secretary of the Britain-Viet Nam Friendship Society, Len Aldis, has set up an on-line site to collect signatures in support of a petition for compensation to Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange. The address of his webpage is http://www.petitiononline.com/AOVN/petition.html., by March 4, the site had collected 81 signatures, under an appeal that reads," We call upon the US president, government and the chemical companies named as defendants in the documents, to acc...
