Still, why all the wasted space on the barrel?
I think that a perfect spot (good girth and long enough also) for advertising: "Victoria's Secret".

Though, and in fairness to the artist, and since only the side of the tank is visible, "Victoria's Secret" might be painted across the rear end of the tank for all I know. That too would be an appropriate spot.
