North America and Japan are the only places that run 120 VAC, 60 hz mains. Every one else has 220VAC, 50 hz mains. Poor Japan, they got all the bad news handicaps and along with 120 VAC mains they have to drive on the Brit side of the road.

But not to worry, we?ll save the world because we just know the English system of measurement is on the rebound and all you meter, liter, kilogram, 50 hz, wrong side of road people out there are going to be sorry you bought into that Frogy-French nonsense metric system.
I mean, divide everything by 10, how boring can anything be for crying out loud, LOL.
