Unable to stop Congressional Public Law support for Service Disabled and
Prisoner of War Veterans (SDV) maintaining their rehabilitation through self
employment and entrepreneurship, special interest groups have mounted a new
attack on SDV Businesses by rewriting a new law "SMALL BUSINESS
REHABILITATION ACT OF 2004", that ELIMINATES any reference to Service
Disabled Veterans in business, thereby canceling any assistance to SDV that
was previously enacted in Public Law 106-50 and Public Law 108-183.

By scheduling a quick vote on the SBA Act the week starting Monday, March 1,
2004, special interests intend to move quickly before the public senses what
is going on -

Special interests claim the support of both SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE DENNIS
HASTERT AND MINORITY LEADER NANCY PELOSI in the VICIOUS maneuver to destroy
an SDV program that the FULL U.S. Congress only recently voted for with near
unanimous support.

Special interests also claim the financial pressure and support for this
attack is derived from major U.S. Corporations and various women's groups.
It is IMPERATIVE that all Americans that recognize and appreciate the
sacrifice of our nations maimed and tortured veterans support their right to
rehabilitation assistance.

Please call, fax and contact SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE DENNIS HASTERT and HOUSE
MINORITY LEADER NANCY PELOSI and INSIST that the 2004 Small Business
Reauthorization Act "NOT BE ENACTED" unless it includes the Service Disabled
Veterans Assistance provisions of Public Law 106-50 and Public Law 108-183.
